You will be paid 25% of the Gross Margin that you generate for the company - from the very first day that you join. At the same time, you will have the assurance of a ‘guaranteed salary’ while you establish your account. Returns are assessed and paid monthly, there is no ‘claw back’ of commission, and your potential salary is uncapped.
- Great Incentives. Not only will you be paid well, you will also be eligible to receive team quarterly performance bonuses, quarterly individual prizes and weekly incentives – on top of your salary.
- Flexible Work Practices. Unlike most recruitment agencies, Frontier Recruitment gives you the flexibility to work the way that you want to. You won’t be micro-managed and we won’t insist that you make a certain number of telephone calls per week. We have ‘standard’ office hours – from 8.45am until 5.30pm – but these are flexible depending on your circumstances. You can also work away from the office when the need arises, and we’ll give you the tools of the trade that you need to work remotely.
- Laptop Computer and Virtual Private Network. All Frontier Recruitment Account Managers receive a laptop computer for use at home and at work. We will provide you with a Virtual Private Network (VPN) which enables you to access all of our IT systems remotely.
- Internet Broadband Subsidy. In order to use the VPN, you will need broadband internet. Frontier Recruitment Account Managers receive a $30 allowance each month to maintain a broadband connection at home.
- Mobile Phone Subsidy. We recognise that recruitment consultants often need to make calls whilst on the road or outside of working hours. All Frontier Recruitment Account Managers receive a $30 allowance each month for mobile phone calls.
- Focus on Relationships. Our codified recruitment methodologies focus on the establishment of mutually-beneficial relationships with clients and candidates, rather than on ‘transactional’ recruitment.
